Printing needs

A1 Printing

• Consent guidance - taken from info site? 2 copies, one for hallway, one for Love Temple.
• Intoxication guidance - taken from info site? (discreet cups, don't offer anyone intoxicants etc). one or two copies?

A4 Printing (Ember will be bringing an A4 printer to the castle).

• Dietary requirements to be printed - and also written on the kitchen wall.
• Names list for ticking off nights in the castle.

Kitchen advice - agreed these don't need to be printed, we will handwrite it when we're there.

Special rooms

Sensory room / quiet room - strong suggestion for the annex kitchen.

Discussion re if there is covid - does the annex still work as a quarantine space and a quiet room. Discussed not enough bedrooms and rooms, so to assign the annex kitchen as the quiet / sensory room, then repurpose for quarantine if needed.
