Potential Roles and Responsibilities

Red roles need filling

• Liaison [Ember] Point of contact with John (Castle owner) & general liaison as needed
• Kitchen Oddess [Paris (may not be at castle) + Go-Lightly] Food ordering, recipes, dietary requirements. Paris may not be at castle. Aim is to define what needs to be done & pass onto a collective for the castle as the job is very big for one person.
• Welfare & Accessibility [Go-Lightly + Carnelian] [Support from : Egglet] Ensuring accessibility, creating a welfare team at the castle.
• Finance [Egglet] Managing budget, collecting fees.
• Comms [Nasa] Sending emails, putting out the call on Faenet/coms, Creating an info web page.
• Bookings [Ember + Nasa + Egglet] [Accessibility: Carnelian] Creating the booking form, managing the attendee list/waitlist, allocating rooms.
• FireFae [Ember+ Nasa] Ordering wood before the gathering, getting axes/ safety gear, creating a woodpig team at the castle.
• Love Temple [River] (arriving on Thurs) + ] Organising a decor team at the castle. Safe sex supplies. Consent materials. River not arriving til Thursday, need a fae to do set up & love temple opening ceremony.
• Let Me Entertain You Herding cats with entertainment at the castle, particularly making sure we have equipment for the no talent show.
• Our Onsite Extraordinaire Fae [Thunder]
• Mastress of Ceremonies, Magick and Ritual [Carnelian + Thunder?]
• Car Park Faerie [Ember]
• Cosiness & Soft furnishings team / encouragers Put this out in the call so everyone can bring something. Lighting. Fairylights, extension leads, pillows, throw blankets etc

What happens if anyone else asks to join the team after the teaser goes out?
