We shared our vision and ideas for this gathering

• Responsive to issues, particularly accessibility, drugs & alcohol, welfare
• Clear consent guidelines
• Eco gathering, continue to use local suppliers & reduce plastic waste
• Softer, Calmer Gathering
• Numbers - smaller gathering for more connections
• Fae to come away feeling Nourished & Empowered
• Have fun! Invite playfullness

Questionnaire Results

We want to respond to the main issues raised from the October 2022 Gathering Questionnaire.

• Overall positive response to food!
• Many people did not know how to access welfare or what the fire saftey drill was
• Policies around drugs & alcohol use were not clear. This is not a sober space & people need to know what to expect.
• Comms needs to improve.
  • Clear & Honest communication
  • More posters & info up around the castle during the event
  • One area Fae can easily access important information
  • Release key info in chunks so people do not get overwhelmed
  • Call needs to include important things for fae to decide whether they want to attend
  • We need control of comms, do we set up our own email address? A lot of confidental info is being shared on main email at the moment so it might be prudent to separate this gathering. Ember is going to ask about access to the main email and also access to update the main Albion Faeries website
