“having the talent show and auction back to back om the weekend seems irresponsible when considering the energy of the group. having them both at the weekend makes the gathering feel like a holiday/event for some folk who only attend the weekend so they can see a show. the talent show is a beautiful way to bring the community together, so we can witness each other in a profound way. in my opinion it should be early in the gathering and not placed at a point that panders to folk who can only come for a weekend.”
