  Food ordering, recipes, dietary requirements. Just does pre-gathering tasks.

• Welfare & Accessibility [Sal + Carnelian]

• Ensuring accessibility, creating a welfare team at the castle.

• Finance [?]

  Managing budget, collecting fees.

• Comms [Nasa]

  Sending emails, putting out the call on Faenet/coms, Updating info web page.

• Bookings [Ember + ?]

  Creating the booking form, managing the attendee list/waitlist, allocating rooms.

• FireFae [?]

  Ordering wood before the gathering, getting axes/ safety gear, creating a woodpig team at the castle.

• Love Temple & Consent [Egglet?]

  Organizing a love temple decor team at the castle. Safe sex supplies. Consent materials. Love temple opening ceremony.

• Entertainment [?]

  Herding cats with entertainment at the castle, particularly making sure we have equipment for the no talent show.
